If I buy my boxes at Treehugger Boxes can I return the Boxes?

Yes, we will either buy them back(if program is active) and your original purchase was over $20 for boxes. If your buyback value is $8 or more you can choose to accept one of our artisan hand poured soy candles( value $18) or a Treehugger ball cap!

We reserve the right to refuse any buy backs or boxes
We will do the count and either pay cash or send you a check within 30 business days

Can you pick up my boxes at my house?

Yes, we currently are picking up your boxes at your location. You have to schedule for our pickup day and we DO NOT PAY when we pickup.
You must be in our pickup area and have the boxes broken down and ready for pickup. We do take some paper and bubble wrap. Please see our page with details on pickup guidelines.

We have the appropriate insurance so please beware of those on Craigslist that want to come get your boxes. You are putting yourself at risk.

We have all appropriate LIABILITY INSURANCE TO COME ONTO COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. Please beware of other individuals that want to come onto your property to collect boxes.
